The short version
- We only collect what you choose to send us — through our enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
- This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
- We don’t sell your personal data.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
AgencyCare (“AgencyCare”, “we”, “us”) is a technology and digital solutions company based in India. We provide business software, automation, website development and digital marketing services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store and protect personal data when you visit agencycare.in, send us an enquiry, or contact us through the channels listed on this website. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 in mind. Under that law, AgencyCare acts as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here, and you are the Data Principal.
This policy covers our website and enquiry process only. If you become a client, any additional processing (for example, data we handle on your behalf while running your website or ad accounts) will be covered in our agreement with you.
2. Personal data we collect
Information you give us
| Where | Data | Required? |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry form (Contact page) | Name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, company name, the service you’re interested in, and your message | Name, email and phone are required so we can reply. Company and message are optional. |
| “Send via WhatsApp” button and WhatsApp links | Whatever you choose to send in the chat, including any details pre-filled from the form, and your WhatsApp number and profile name | Optional |
| Phone calls and email | Your phone number or email address and what you tell us | Optional |
Please don’t send us sensitive information (such as bank, health or identity-document details) through the enquiry form or chat. We don’t need it to respond to an enquiry.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. This is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and investigate misuse.
- Spam-check data. When you submit the enquiry form, the submission and related technical data (such as IP address and browser details) may be checked by our hosting provider’s spam filter.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, session recording or location tracking on this website. We don’t ask for your precise location.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry — by phone, WhatsApp or email, using the details you provided.
- To provide services you ask for — preparing a quote, and delivering the work if you become a client.
- To keep the website secure — filtering spam and preventing abuse.
- To meet legal obligations — for example, keeping business and tax records, or responding to lawful requests from authorities.
We don’t use your enquiry details to send you newsletters or marketing messages. If we ever want to do that, we will ask for your consent separately first.
4. Why we are allowed to use it
When you send us an enquiry, you voluntarily give us your details for a specific purpose — so we can respond. The DPDP Act allows us to use your data for that purpose. We use it only for that purpose and the related purposes described above.
Where the law requires your consent for something else (for example, marketing), we will ask for it clearly, explain the purpose, and let you withdraw it as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.
We may also process personal data where the law requires or permits it — for example, to comply with a legal obligation or a court order.
5. Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run this website and communicate with you, and only as needed for those purposes:
| Provider | What they do for us | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Netlify, Inc. | Website hosting and delivery; stores enquiry-form submissions (Netlify Forms) | Form details, server and security logs |
| Akismet (Automattic Inc.) | Spam filtering of form submissions, used by Netlify Forms | Form submission and related technical data |
| WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) | Messaging, if you contact us on WhatsApp | Your number, profile name and messages |
| Google (Gmail) | Email, if you email us | Your email address and message |
Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. We choose reputable providers and share only what is necessary.
Access to enquiries inside AgencyCare is limited to the people who need it to respond to you or deliver your project.
We may also disclose personal data if required by law, or to a government authority or court when legally required.
6. Processing outside India
Some of the providers listed above operate infrastructure outside India. In particular, Netlify’s infrastructure is primarily located in the United States, so enquiry-form submissions are stored there. WhatsApp and Gmail may also process data outside India. We don’t currently store your personal data in India-only systems.
Any transfer outside India is subject to the DPDP Act, including any restrictions the Government of India notifies on transfers to specific countries.
7. How long we keep it
We don’t keep personal data indefinitely. We keep it only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and then delete it, unless we need to keep it longer to:
- provide services to you as a client;
- keep business, accounting or tax records required by law;
- resolve disputes or enforce agreements;
- maintain security records and logs as required by law.
Enquiries that don’t lead to a business relationship are deleted once they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner — see Your rights.
8. How we protect it
No website or system can be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption for the whole website, with HSTS;
- security headers, including a strict Content Security Policy, to reduce the risk of malicious scripts;
- no third-party tracking or advertising scripts on the website;
- spam protection on the enquiry form;
- access to form submissions limited to authorised AgencyCare accounts;
- collecting only the details we need to reply to you.
9. Data breaches
If a personal data breach happens, we will act quickly to investigate it, contain it and reduce its impact. Where the law requires, we will:
- inform affected people without delay, explaining what happened, the likely impact, what we are doing about it and what they can do to protect themselves; and
- report the breach to the Data Protection Board of India within the time set by the DPDP Rules.
We keep a record of security incidents and the steps taken in response.
10. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access — ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we are using it, and who we have shared it with;
- Correct and update — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, or update it;
- Erase — ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law;
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time;
- Nominate — nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so;
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
How to make a request: email sonunigam8874@gmail.com, call or WhatsApp +91 91367 05571, or use our enquiry form and choose “Privacy / data request”. Tell us what you want us to do and the phone number or email address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request, so that we don’t share your data with someone else.
11. Grievance redressal
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, please contact us:
Email: sonunigam8874@gmail.com
Phone / WhatsApp: +91 91367 05571
Please include your name, how you contacted us (phone number or email), and a short description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible, and in any case within the period required by the DPDP Rules (not more than 90 days).
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India in the manner provided under the DPDP Act.
12. Cookies & tracking
Cookies are small files that websites store in your browser. This website does not set any cookies, and it doesn’t use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. Our fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so visiting the site doesn’t load tracking from third parties.
If you click a WhatsApp, phone or email link, you leave our website and that service’s own privacy and cookie practices apply.
If we add analytics or marketing tools in future, we will update this section before doing so and, where required, ask for your consent first.
13. Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. They are not directed at children (people under 18), and we don’t knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you are under 18, please don’t send us your details. If we learn that we have received a child’s personal data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our website or data practices change — for example, if we add new tools or services. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes, we will make the update clearly visible on the website.
15. Contact
